If you’re not happy, we’ll give you a full product refund. 

At Synaptic Scientific, we want every first-time customer to experience the brain-boosting benefits of Cognition and compare it to any other product. To give you peace of mind, we offer our Small Risk Refund Policy.

Please note: Refund eligibility requires it has been used for the full 60 days.

Eligibility for Refund

• First-time customers who are not satisfied with their results after 60 days of consistent use may request a refund.

• Refunds apply to single-bottle purchases only.

How to Request a Refund

1. Submit a Request: Email us at support@synapticscientific.com to request a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA).

2. Receive RMA Number: We will provide an RMA number along with our return address.

3. Return Product: Ship back the used bottle and include your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Issued: Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund for the product purchase price, minus the original shipping costs and a restocking fee.

Important Notes:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after the 60-day usage period ends.

• This policy applies to first-time customers only. Repeat purchases may not be eligible.
