Our “Small Risk Refund Policy” —

If you’re not happy, we’ll give you a full product refund. 

We want people to experience the brain-boosting benefits of Cognition and compare it to any other product.

If a first-time Customer is not satisfied with their results inside their first 30 days of usage, simply request a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) from us. Once we receive your used and/or unopened products back from you, Synaptic will refund your purchase, minus any shipping costs. 

Follow these steps:

(Please note that refunds need to be submitted within 40 days of your ordering date, and based on a single bottle of usage.)

1. Email us at support [at] synaptic scientific.com
2. We will send you an RMA number, along with our return address. 
3. Ship us back the partially used bottle (along with any unopened bottles if you purchased a pack), with your RMA number written on the outside of the package. You will be responsible for shipping costs back to us.
4. You will be refunded, minus our original full shipping costs

NOTE: We will refund multi-bottle pack purchases, but all bottles must be shipped back and be unopened, except the single used bottle. Please ship all bottles back to us, included the partial/used bottle.
