Our “Small Risk Refund Policy” —
If you’re not happy, we’ll give you a full product refund.
We want people to experience the brain-boosting benefits of Cognition and compare it to any other product.
If a first-time Customer is not satisfied with their results inside their first 30 days of usage, simply request a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) from us. Once we receive your used and/or unopened products back from you, Synaptic will refund your purchase, minus any shipping costs.
Follow these steps:
(Please note that refunds need to be submitted within 40 days of your ordering date, and based on a single bottle of usage.)
- Email us at support [at] synaptic scientific.com
- We will send you an RMA number, along with our return address.
- Ship us back the partially used bottle (along with any unopened bottles if you purchased a pack), with your RMA number written on the outside of the package. You will be responsible for shipping costs back to us.
- You will be refunded, minus our original full shipping costs.
NOTE: we will refund multi-bottle pack purchases, but all bottles must be shipped back and be unopened, except the single used bottle. Please ship all bottles back to us, included the partial/used bottle.
